Where story meets strategy

& creativity meets culture.

We believe stories shape how we see the world, and what we believe is possible.

We work with those who want to communicate with clarity, depth, and purpose. Because great storytelling doesn’t just sell—it connects, challenges, and transforms.

The brands and content we build are Rooted in culture, Radically intentional and Designed to last.

Al Rawiya Studio exists to support Al Rawiya the media platform, fund fair compensation, and build a long-term future.

Behind the Studio

Hi, I’m Stephani — Founder and Chief Executive of Al Rawiya.

By profession, I’m a Human Resource Strategist. I started Al Rawiya in 2021 with a clear mission: to bridge communities between the diaspora and the Levant through storytelling, creativity, and connection.

What began as a media initiative naturally evolved into an ecosystem. The Studio is the engine — a space where we work with aligned brands, artists, and organizations, and where every project helps keep our storytelling work going.

That’s where I come in.

I create the conditions for Al Rawiya (both the platform and the studio) to move forward with clarity, intention, and purpose.

I make sure the vision has room to expand, and the people behind it have what they need to build. My work lives behind the scenes: strategy, operations, project management, creative direction, sustainability — the less visible pieces that make the whole thing work.

Welcome to the engine.

Let’s build something meaningful, say hello!

We’re not here to make noise — we’re here to cut through it.
